The add-on searches for SAP Notes that are not in the system, based on the current Fiori App, Transaction Code or Web Dynpro component. You can check each one out with a single click.

However, there is much more information that can be very useful for troubleshooting. The Fiori App Support Add-on retrieves everything that can speed up issue resolution process.
The standard App Support plugin is available only in S/4HANA systems by default. However, it can be activated and enhanced using our add-on in any ABAP based system. The only requirement is component SAP_UI release 7.54 SP06, and SAPUI5 1.71.
The Fiori App Support Add-on is 100% integrated with our ITSM Connector for SAP, meaning that if you create an incident using that, the App Support Excel sheet will be added automatically to the ticket in your ITSM platform (ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, Micro Focus Service Manager etc.).
Using together with the ITSM Connector for SAP, you can create an incidents in Solution Manager ITSM too, having the App Support Excel sheet attached automatically.
You can define the language in which the Excel sheet is generated. This is very useful if the communication language of your service desk may be different from the language of some of your SAP users.
Even if your end user logs in in Chinese, the Excel sheet can be generated in English.
